Congressional Tea Party Crazies, funded by two-too nutty billionaire brothers (the Kochs), threaten to shut government (forever?) unless Obamacare is jettisoned: a healthcare model conceived by Republicans, enacted by a Republican governor, never mind Capitol Hill’s over-the-cliff-gang have wrenched more than they even asked for in budget cuts from Obama ain’t ever enough, long as “He” occupies 1600 PA Ave. Following are some sane recommendations from Robert Reich.

President Obama unveiled his Climate Action Plan that proposes to cut carbon pollution from coal burning power plants, coupled with supporting energy efficiency and clean, renewable sources of energy, but cannot seem to kick the addiction to some fossil fuels, especially fracked natural gas. President Obama, we need an energy policy focused on efficiency and conservation, integrated with a clean, renewable energy plan – one that breaks our addiction to dirty and dangerous fuels such as Coal, Fracked Natural Gas, Nuclear and Tar Sands Oil.
The Obama Administration will continue to face the decision whether a leak-prone dirty tar sands oil pipeline, associated with destruction of ecosystems and indigenous communities as well as global climate destabilization, is in the US national interest.
